Will I need technical skills to manage my new research website?
Not at all! We use Squarespace, a user-friendly platform that makes website management simple. You’ll also receive clear, step-by-step instructions for making changes whenever you need.
How long will it take to create my website?
The timeline for creating a website can vary depending on the complexity of your project. Generally, we aim to launch within 4 to 6 weeks after our initial consultation, allowing time for design, feedback, and revisions.
I already have a website, can you help me upgrade it?
We work exclusively with Squarespace, so while we don’t make direct updates to existing websites on other platforms, we can offer a content analysis and recommendations. If you're looking for a fresh start, we can help transfer your content to a new, modern website that truly reflects your current work and goals.
How can I pay for my web design project?
You can pay by bank transfer, based on an invoice and a service agreement (contract). All payments are processed via our business bank account. If you're affiliated with an institution, we can also issue invoices addressed to them.
Can I use a research grant funding to pay for the website?
Yes. If you're using institutional or grant funding, we can provide all the necessary documentation your institution needs to set up a contract with us.
How is the payment structured?
We request 50% of the total cost upfront, before the work begins, and the remaining 50% upon project completion and delivery. This structure helps ensure commitment and clarity for both sides.
